Once you have received your last item of your order, you can cancel your order within 14 days. We then ask you to return the item to us within 14 days. We do not offer a collection service from you, this will need to be arranged by you along with the cost for your chosen courier service & any optional insurance.
​Return an Unwanted Item:
1. Please fill out our returns form with attached photo of product
2. You will receive a return reference number,
3. Please ensure all goods are in perfect condition with all original packaging unopened
4. Do not write or attach any label on the box itself but make sure the item is well packed on outside.
5. Please arrange postage for smaller items & a courier/pallet service for larger heavy items. Returns are done so by your own expense - send to our address below. Please enclose your name, address & order number.
6. Once we receive the item back and it is checked, we shall authorise a refund to you within 7 working days.

We cannot refund a item that has been opened, defaced, taped up, damaged or attempted to be fitted. All items ot be in complete unopened original packaging.

Return a Damaged Item
1. We must be informed with 48 hours of delivery for any damage to a product
2. Please fill out our returns form, select damage option. Upload a clear photo of the damage attached to the form.
3. Do not write or attach any label on the box itself
4. We shall make contact with you within 24 hours.​

We do not offer a collection service for any returns.

​We do not accept returns for clearance items, ex display or bespoke, special order products.

Please note any replacement products may take time to order - please inform us with plenty of time before the item is due to be fitted.

We do not cover any refitting costs for any products.

Any products original packaging defaced, returned damaged or attempted to be fitted cannot be returned.
